Sealing Devices

Sealing devices are an important tool in the processing of instruments in medical facilities such as hospitals, doctor's offices, and dental practices. They serve to safely and hygienically package instruments after cleaning and drying. Commercial sterilization bags are mounted on the sealing device on rolls. An integrated hot contact surface seals the ends of the packaging and buts them at the appropriate end. After packaging and sealing, the instruments are sterilized and dried in an autoclave along with the packaging. After sterilization, the packaged instruments can be transported without risking contamination and thus preventing infection of patients and staff.

There are different types of sealing devices that can be used for packaging instruments. We offer both an analog and a digital device. The main function of sealing devices is to safely and hygienically package instruments. This is achieved using special packaging materials that help to keep the instruments clean and safe during transport. These include, for example, sterilizable bags as meterware, specifically developed for the transport of instruments. You can also purchase these rolls with sterilization paper or self-sealing bags without a sealing device in our shop.
